Welcome to the Chadwick School Online Application page. This process will allow you to create and review your application form as many times as you wish before submitting it to us. You will also have the opportunity to review the application requirements and check to see if everything has been received.

A photograph of the applicant can be uploaded after the online application has been submitted. Upon the submission of the application, you will be redirected to your "Admissions Home" page where you can select "Upload Student Picture" from the menu at the top of the page.
